Area Solid Waste Facility Site Hours
St. Louis County has requested that the Township advise the public of the extension of Winter Hours at the local Canister Sites:
Due to issues related to COVID-19, St. Louis County Environmental Services is extending the Winter Hours Schedule at the Portage and Orr Canister Sites through Sunday, May 17th. Citizens are encouraged to call 218-749-9703 or 1-800-450-9278 before visiting any solid waste collection sites as the message is updated daily to alert citizens of any site closings.
Portage Hours: Tue., Sat. – 1PM – 4:30PM
Orr Hours: Tue., Thur. – 9AM – Noon
