September 13, 2011


The September 13, 2011 Board of Supervisors’ Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 7:30PM at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Butch Eggen and Jerry Pohlman, and Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman. Supervisor Jim Janssen and Treasurer Terrie Hoff were absent.




Additions to the Agenda:  There were none.


Minutes – A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jerry, to approve the minutes of the 8/9/2011 Board of Supervisors’ Meeting.  All voted in favor and the motion carried.


Treasurer’s Report – Jo Ann read the August Cash Balances in Terrie’s absence and presented the bills as follows:  CLVTB – $ 18,569.44 and Payroll – $641.49. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jerry, to approve the Treasurer’s Report as read and the payment of bills.  All voted in favor and the motion carried.


The Clerk presented the correspondence.  The correspondence was received as read and will be placed on file and acted upon as required.





Land Exchange/Community Property Project: There was no report.


CLWSD Report:  There was no report.


Assessment Services:  There was no new information.


Census Numbers:  There was no report.





Levy:  The proposed 2011 payable 2012 levy of $92,700 for the Township will be certified to the County by September 15th.


Other New Business:  There was none.

Comments from Officers:  There were none.


PUBLIC COMMENTS – There were none.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:45PM.
