BOARD OF AUDIT MEETING
February 16, 2010
The February 16, 2010 Board of Audit Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 7:05PM, at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Butch Eggen, Jim Janssen and Jerry Pohlman, Treasurer Terrie Hoff and Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman.
There were no additions to the Agenda.
OLD BUSINESS:
Minutes – The minutes of the 2009 Board of Audit Meeting were previously approved at the 3/17/09 Annual Meeting.
Treasurer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2009 – Terrie read the following Cash Control Statement for 2009: Beginning Balance – $99,864.24; Total Receipts – $175,893.45; Total Disbursed – $164,579.95 with an Ending Balance of $111,177.74. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jim, to approve the Treasurer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2009. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
Review/Inspection of Clerk & Treasurer Ledgers and Books: The Supervisors inspected the Clerk and Treasurer’s Reports and Books for fiscal year 2009 and found them to be in clear and correct order.
Review Projected Revenues & Expenditures for 2010: The Supervisors reviewed the Projected Revenues & Expenditures for 2010. No adjustments were made.
Approve Revision of 2010 Budget: No revisions were made.
Review Proposed 2011 Budget: The Supervisors reviewed the proposed budget presented by the Budget Committee. A motion was made by Jim, supported by Butch to accept the 2011 budget and levy request as submitted by the Budget Committee to be presented to the citizens for approval at the 2010 Annual Town Meeting. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30PM.
