SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING
FELLOWSHIP HALL
March 27, 2025 – 4:00PM
The March 27th, 2025, Special Board of Supervisors’ Meeting was called to order by Vice-Chair Jeanne Shuck at 4:00PM with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Jim Janssen (via telephone), Scott Sanborn, and Jeanne Shuck; Deputy-Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman; and Clerk Ashlyn Denning. Traci Bak was absent.
BUSINESS
The purpose of this meeting was to review quotes for the demolition of the buildings at the DNR Bayside Drive Public Water Access prior to the update planned for late summer/early fall of 2025. Two quotes were received, with Project Manager Jason Chopp of S.E.H. recommending Rutchasky Enterprises with the lowest quote. A motion was made by Jim, supported by Scott, to approve the work to be done by Rutchasky Enterprises for $55,000.00. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:08pm.
