BOARD OF AUDIT MEETING
February 14, 2012
The February 14, 2012 Board of Audit Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 7:00PM, at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Butch Eggen and Jerry Pohlman, Treasurer Terrie Hoff, Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman and one member of the community. Supervisor Jim Janssen arrived at 7:20PM.
There were no additions to the Agenda.
OLD BUSINESS:
Minutes – The minutes of the 2011 Board of Audit Meeting were previously approved at the 3/8/11 Annual Meeting.
Treasurer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2011 – Terrie read the following Cash Control Statement for 2011: Beginning Balance – $115,523.26; Total Receipts – $164,487.21; Total Disbursed – $156,631.12 with an Ending Balance of $123,379.35. A motion was made by Jerry, supported by Butch, to approve the Treasurer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2011. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS:
Review/Inspection of Clerk & Treasurer Ledgers and Books: The Supervisors inspected the Clerk and Treasurer’s Reports and Books for fiscal year 2011 and found them to be in clear and correct order.
Review Projected Revenues & Expenditures for 2012: The Supervisors reviewed the Projected Revenues & Expenditures for 2012. No adjustments were made.
Approve Revision of 2012 Budget: No revisions were made.
Review Proposed 2013 Budget: The Supervisors reviewed the proposed budget presented by the Budget Committee. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jim to accept the 2013 budget and levy request as submitted by the Budget Committee to be presented to the citizens for approval at the 2012 Annual Town Meeting. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:27PM.
