BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION MEETING
May 7, 2015
The May 7, 2015 Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting of the Town of Crane Lake was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 1:10PM at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Jerry Pohlman, Jim Janssen, and Butch Eggen, Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman, and St. Louis County Representative Beth Sokoloski. Treasurer Traci Bak arrived shortly after.
A motion was made by Jerry, supported by Jim, to approve the following as recommended by St. Louis County Representatives Beth Sokoloski. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
Robert Murphy, Parcel Code 308-40-00100. No Change. Valuation cannot be lowered this year. All properties will be visited and reviewed this summer. Valuation adjustments may occur next year.
Timothy P. King, Parcel Code 308-30-01600. No Change. Valuation cannot be lowered this year. All properties will be visited and reviewed this summer. Valuation adjustments may occur next year.
Fred Huting, Parcel Code 308-30-04579. No Change. Valuation cannot be lowered this year. All properties will be visited and reviewed this summer. Valuation adjustments may occur next year.
Steven Scheftel, Record 1, Parcel Code 308-30-01400. Corrected land value and building value due to clerical error.
