TOWN OF CRANE LAKE
BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION MEETING
April 17, 2018
The April 17, 2018 Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting of the Town of Crane Lake was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 1:00PM at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Jerry Pohlman, Jim Janssen, and Butch Eggen; Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman; and St. Louis County Representative Beth Sokoloski.
The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
Francis Wanous, Parcel Code 308-0000-00500. Valuation of Park Model was too high for age. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jerry, to approve the reduction of the valuation from $31,100 to $27,500. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
There were no other appeals.
The Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting was adjourned at 2:00PM.
