BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION MEETING
April 11, 2017
The April 11, 2017 Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting of the Town of Crane Lake was called to order by Vice-Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 1:05PM at the Crane Lake Chapel Fellowship Hall with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Jerry Pohlman and Butch Eggen; Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman; St. Louis County Representatives Beth Sokoloski and Todd Versich; and one member of the community. TreasurerTraci Bak arrived shortly after. Supervisor Jerry Pohlman left on a fire call at 1:30PM and Supervisor Jim Janssen arrived at 1:40PM.
St. Louis County Representative Beth Sokoloski and Deena Congdon left the meeting twice to assess the Congdon house & the Bob Congdon mobile home.
William & Deena Congdon, Parcel Code 308-0080-00406. Changed use of resident living area to CW and corrected garage to utility building. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jim, to approve the changes as recommended by the St. Louis County Representatives. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
William & Deena Congdon, Parcel Code 308-0080-00400. Correction of building size reduced 2’. Former garage classification changed to utility building. A motion was made by Butch, supported by Jim, to approve the change as recommended by the St. Louis County Representatives. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
Robert & Shirley Congdon, Parcel Code 308-0000-00240. Correction made on mobile home, downgraded (W) for worn. Floor wet, sagging, rot. Kitchen water damage. Interior damaged. A motion was made by Jim, supported by Butch, to approve the change as recommended by the St. Louis County Representatives. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
The Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting was adjourned at 3:45PM.
