SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING (Virtual)
March 24, 2022
The March 24, 2022 Virtual Special Board of Supervisors’ Meeting was called to order by Chairman Jerry Pohlman at 5:40PM with the Pledge of Allegiance recited by those in attendance including: Supervisors Jim Janssen and Jerry Pohlman, Treasurer Traci Bak, Clerk Jo Ann Pohlman, and two community members.
Purpose of Meeting: The purpose of the meeting was to adopt a resolution reestablishing precincts and polling places and to approve the March 2022 Claims.
A motion was made by Jerry, supported by Jim, to adopt Resolution No. 2022-02 Reestablishing Precincts and Polling Places as required by MN Statute when the legislature has been redistricted. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
A list of bills to be paid was provided to the Board as follows: Jerry Pohlman – $184.70; Costin Group -$1,250.00; Lake Country Power – $146.56; CLVTB – $1,562.08; Couri & Ruppe – $770.00; and Payroll – $1,063.17. A motion was made by Jerry, supported by Jim, to approve the claims and payment of bills for March 2022. All voted in favor and the motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:45PM
